Shipping and Handling Terms and Conditions

We ship only Monday to Friday, except for US holidays. We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days; however, sometimes due to a large volume there may be delay.

We can't control the delivery process. Issues with lost, misdelivered, damaged or delayed orders MUST be addressed with delivery provider first.

If any items are missing, please notify us via email (sales@microburs.com) or a phone call/message (+1 832-219-1044) within 24 hours from delivery date.

We will compensate or replace any damaged or lost items (Please present us with a proof such as a picture, claim with a delivery provider or a video).

We accept the return of the items within 30 days after the order was placed: however, we do not accept the return of the diamond bits or carbide burs if the blisters are open.

We can't ship to POs. Delivery providers can ship only to proper addresses.
